The Alaska Arbitrator hears the disagreement and evidence presented by each party. After careful review considering all relevant information, the Alaska Arbitrator will issue an award to the party having the stronger case. Alaska Arbitration decisions may be either binding or non-binding, depending on the terms of the arbitration clause agreement. Binding arbitration decisions have the same significance as a court judgment.
